Our Cancel Purchase All module streamlines order management by automatically canceling related receipts and bill when a Purchase Order is canceled. It offers configurable options to cancel only, cancel & set to draft, or cancel & delete.
Benefits
- When a Purchase Order is canceled, all linked Receipts and Bills are automatically canceled.
- Cancel multiple Purchase Orders at once from the list view action.
- Simplifies workflow by handling Purchase Order, Receipts, and Bills together with a single action.
- Admins can configure the desired cancelation behavior from General Settings without technical knowledge.
Workflow
Automatic Cancellation – Cancels related Receipts and Bills instantly when a Purchase Order is canceled.
Configurable Options – Choose to cancel only, cancel & set to draft, or cancel & delete from system settings.
Bulk Operations – Apply cancellation to multiple Purchase Orders at once directly from the tree view.
Cancel Purchase All
1. Enable type of cancel feature along with bill and receipt option checked in Purchase settings.

2. As you can see the order is in Purchase order state.

3. Receipt is in done state.

4. Bill is in Posted state.

5. Click on cancel of the Purchase order.

6. Purchase Order will get cancelled.

7. Receipt will also be set in cancelled state automatically.

8. Bill will also be set in cancelled state automatically.

9. Select cancel and draft options from Purchase setting to convert all three in draft state.

10. Click on cancel of the Purchase order.

11. Purchase Order will get in to RFQ state.

12. Receipt will also be set in draft state automatically.

13. Bill will also be set in draft state automatically.

14. Select cancel and delete options from Purchase setting to cancel and delete the all three.

15. Click on cancel of the Purchase order.

16. Purchase order,bill and receipt will be deleted automatically.

17. We can also perform same actions from tree view actions for mulitple orders.

18. It will work same as in form view.
