Automate invoice email delivery in Odoo. Configure a mail template, define the sending frequency and decide which customers or invoices should be included in the automatic workflow.
Send customer invoices without repeating the same manual task.
The module keeps Odoo's native invoicing flow and adds a configurable automatic email process for outgoing customer invoices.
Automation
A scheduled action searches posted customer invoices that have not been sent yet and delivers them by email.
Frequency
Run the process every few minutes, hours, days, weeks or months from Accounting settings.
Selective sending
Use the Automatic Email checkbox on customers and invoices to decide exactly what should be included.
Templates
Choose the mail template used to send invoices and keep communication aligned with your company style.
Enable the email process and let Odoo handle invoice delivery.
After installation, open Accounting settings, activate automatic sending, choose the execution interval and select the email template for customer invoices.
Configure automatic sending
Go to Accounting settings and enable Send invoices automatically. Set how often the scheduled action should run.
Control customers and invoices
The Automatic Email option appears on customer records and customer invoices. New invoices inherit the customer's preference.

Which invoices are sent?
Posted customer invoices with a customer email, not marked as already sent, and with Automatic Email enabled.
Where is it configured?
In Accounting settings, inside the Email Configuration block added by the module.
Can I disable it for a customer?
Yes. Disable Automatic Email on the customer record, or on a specific invoice when needed.
Does it use Odoo templates?
Yes. You can select any mail template linked to account.move.

Automatiza el envío de facturas por email en Odoo. Configura una plantilla de correo, define la frecuencia de envío y decide qué clientes o facturas entran en el proceso automático.
Envía facturas de cliente sin repetir siempre la misma tarea manual.
El módulo mantiene el flujo nativo de facturación de Odoo y añade un proceso configurable de envío automático por email para facturas de cliente.
Automatización
Una acción planificada busca facturas de cliente publicadas que aún no se han enviado y las entrega por email.
Frecuencia
Ejecuta el proceso cada varios minutos, horas, días, semanas o meses desde los ajustes de Contabilidad.
Envío selectivo
Usa la casilla Automatic Email en clientes y facturas para decidir exactamente qué debe incluirse.
Plantillas
Elige la plantilla de correo usada para enviar las facturas y conserva el estilo de comunicación de tu empresa.
Activa el proceso de email y deja que Odoo gestione el envío de facturas.
Después de instalar la app, abre los ajustes de Contabilidad, activa el envío automático, elige el intervalo de ejecución y selecciona la plantilla de email para facturas de cliente.
Configura el envío automático
Ve a los ajustes de Contabilidad y activa Send invoices automatically. Define cada cuánto debe ejecutarse la acción planificada.
Controla clientes y facturas
La opción Automatic Email aparece en clientes y facturas de cliente. Las nuevas facturas heredan la preferencia del cliente.

¿Qué facturas se envían?
Facturas de cliente publicadas, con email en el cliente, no marcadas como ya enviadas y con Automatic Email activado.
¿Dónde se configura?
En los ajustes de Contabilidad, dentro del bloque Email Configuration añadido por el módulo.
¿Puedo desactivarlo para un cliente?
Sí. Desactiva Automatic Email en el contacto, o en una factura concreta cuando sea necesario.
¿Usa plantillas de Odoo?
Sí. Puedes seleccionar cualquier plantilla de correo vinculada a account.move.
