Auto Sale Process

Automate your sales operations: Delivery, Invoice, and Payment — all in one click!

      Note: This module works only when Multi-Step Routes are disabled. Ensure that your Inventory configuration uses Single-Step Delivery.
    

Overview

This module automates multiple backend operations in the sales flow. On confirming a Sales Order, it can auto-validate delivery, generate invoices, and optionally register payments, based on your settings.

Configuration

To enable and configure the automation:

Navigate to Sales → Configuration → Settings
Scroll to the section Automatic Sales Process
Enable Auto Validate Delivery to validate delivery orders automatically
Enable Auto Sale Invoice to automate invoice and payment actions
Select a mode under Auto Sale Invoice:
- Create Invoice
- Invoice and Post
- Post and Register Payment

Workflow in Action

1. Configuration

Under Sales > Configuration > Settings enable "Auto Validate Deliver" and Choose option from "Auto Sale Invoice".

2. Sale Quotation

Create a Sale Quotation and confirm it from the Sales Order.

3. Auto Validate Delivery

After confirming the Sale Order, the system automatically validates the delivery.

4. Auto Invoice Generation

If you choose create invoice from Auto Sale Invoice, the system will create an invoice automatically but will not confirm it.

5. Auto Invoice and Post Generation

If you choose Invoice and Post, the system will create and confirm the invoice automatically.

6. Auto Payment Registration

If you choose Post and Register Payment, the system will create, confirm the invoice and register the payment automatically.
