Delivery and invoicing of the first batch

Ensure the partial delivery of products and create a backorder to complete the remaining items later.

gif

Create an e-invoice for the quantity delivered.

gif

If the down payment is higher than the first delivered portion, the system will automatically generate an empty invoice since the down payment is greater than the value of the delivered products.

Delivery and invoicing of the Rest batch

Now you can complete the rest of the order and deliver the remaining products.

gif

When you create your invoice, it will automatically generate the remaining down payment and the amount for the remaining quantity.

gif

Now in your invoice, you will find the amount you need to pay, which is the remaining order total minus the remaining down payment.
