Sale Margin Price Warning

This module enhances the Sales functionality in Odoo by adding a validation mechanism on sales order lines. It automatically checks if the unit price entered for a product is lower than its cost price. What does this module do?

This module checks if the unit price on a sales order line is below the product's cost price. If it is, a warning message is displayed to alert the user before confirming the sale.

Can I disable the warning for specific users or user groups?

Not by default, but the module can be extended to add user/group-based rules if needed.

Will this module interfere with custom pricing or pricing rules?

No, it doesn’t alter pricing rules. It only checks the final unit price on the order line and compares it to the product's cost.

Which Odoo versions are supported ?

This module is available for Odoo Community version 16,17,18
