True Margin Calculation
Allocate purchase costs to sale lines product-by-product. See margin amount, margin percentage and profit percentage per line and per order.
Expense Distribution
Add sale-side and purchase-side expense lines (shipping, customs, fees) in any currency. Costs are distributed per unit across all order lines.
Interest & Payment Terms
Factor in due days and interest rates. The module adjusts unit costs based on supplier and customer payment term differences.
How It Works
Link purchase orders to a sale order by reference. Add any additional expenses (logistics, customs, insurance) on both the sale and purchase sides. Click Calculate Margin to generate detailed allocations: each sale line is matched to its purchase lines, expenses are distributed per unit, and interest adjustments are applied based on due days. The result is a clear breakdown showing purchase price, total cost, margin amount and margin percentage for every line and for the order as a whole.
