Why use this module?
Standard sales flows often require product availability to depend on a customer, project, region or pricelist. This module adds a practical and maintainable way to keep product selection under control.
Prevent wrong products
Sales users only see products that are valid for the selected pricelist, reducing mistakes in quotations.

Group products into Product Groups and allow those groups per pricelist for clean catalog control.
Handle exceptions

Product Groups on products
Assign one or more product groups to product templates and use those groups to control product availability.
Allowed Product Groups on pricelists
Define which groups are allowed for each pricelist and filter the sales order product selector accordingly.
Forbidden Products on pricelists
Explicitly block individual products on a pricelist, even if the product group would normally be allowed.
Excluded Pricelists on products
Configure on a product which pricelists should never allow that product to be selected.
Automatic cleanup
Invalid order lines can be removed automatically or blocked, depending on the selected policy.
Optional product support
Optional products remain usable when linked to valid parent products and not explicitly blocked.
How it works
Create groups such as regions, project types, customer catalog types or internal product categories.
Open product templates and assign the relevant Product Groups.
Set Allowed Product Groups, select a policy and optionally add Forbidden Products.
When a pricelist is selected on a quotation, the product selector only offers valid products.
Two levels of exclusions
Use broad group restrictions for structure and explicit exclusions for exceptions.
On the product
Excluded Pricelists lets you define pricelists where that product may never be selected.
