How It Works

1. Open a Sales Order and click Create Purchase Orders to generate draft RFQs grouped by vendor.
2. Adjust the RFQ vendor, prices, and expected dates, then confirm the PO.
3. Receive products (partial receipts handled automatically).
4. Use the Follow-up list to inform customers about delivery timelines.
