Quotation Traffic Light
Quotation Traffic Light instantly color-codes your quotation list by expiry date so your sales team always knows which quotes need immediate attention — no extra clicks required.
How It Works
The module adds a visual traffic-light system directly to the Odoo quotation and sales order list views. Each row is automatically colored based on the remaining days until the quotation expires:

|---|---|---|
| Green | Valid | More than 7 days remaining |
| Yellow | Expiring Soon | 4 – 7 days remaining |
| Red | Urgent / Expired | 0 – 3 days remaining or already expired |
| Default | No Expiry | No validity date set, or order already confirmed/cancelled |
Key Features
Instant Visual Priority
Color-coded rows in both the Quotations and Sales Orders list views. Your team sees the urgency at a glance without opening each record.
Days Left Column
An optional Days Left column appears next to the validity date, showing the exact number of days remaining. Toggle it on or off from the column menu.
Smart Quick Filters
Three ready-to-use filters added to the search bar: Expired Quotations, Expiring in 3 Days, and Expiring in 7 Days. Always based on today's date.
Zero Configuration
Install and it just works. No settings to configure, no activation keys, no third-party services required.
Installation
- Go to Apps in your Odoo instance.
- Search for "Quotation Traffic Light".
- Click Install.
- Open Sales → Quotations — the colors are already active.
