This addon fills that gap: send automatic reminders before expiry

1. Configure Reminder Settings (Sales â Configuration â Settings)
Set the number of days before expiry, enable/disable email notification, and configure reminder type (chatter note only or email + chatter).
2. Draft Sale Order with Validity Date
Create a quotation with a validity date. When the validity date approaches, the reminder system will trigger automatically.
3. Scheduled Action Configuration
The scheduled action runs daily to check for expiring quotations and sends notifications to salespeople automatically.
4. Enable Email Notification to Customer
Toggle the option to send reminder emails directly to customers when their quotation is about to expire.
5. Two Emails Sent â Salesperson + Customer
When configured, both the salesperson and the customer receive email notifications before the quotation expires.
6. Customer Email Notification
Professional email sent to customers notifying them that their quotation is about to expire, encouraging timely action.
