Auto Apply Customer Terms & Conditions to Sales Orders

This app allows the sales manager to define Terms and Conditions on the Customer/Contact form. When a new Sales Quote or Sales Order is created, the system automatically applies the specified Terms and Conditions to the Notes field of the Sales Quote/Order in Odoo.

Main Features:

  • Customer-Specific Terms and Conditions Configuration: Configure Terms and Conditions directly on the Customer/Contact form for each customer. This allows you to set unique Terms and Conditions per customer.
  • Automatic Terms and Conditions Application: When creating a Sales Quote and selecting a customer, the system automatically pulls the Terms and Conditions from the customer record and populates the Notes field in the Sales Quote. The process is seamless and eliminates manual entry.
  • Fallback to Default Terms and Conditions: If no Terms and Conditions are set on the Customer form, the system will default to the standard Terms and Conditions defined in the Odoo settings (out-of-the-box feature). Therefore, the app gives priority to the customer-level settings, and if not found, falls back to the global settings.
  • Custom Terms and Conditions Per Customer: Unlike Odoo’s standard feature where Terms and Conditions are applied globally from settings, this app allows you to set and manage Terms and Conditions for each customer individually, providing more flexibility and customization.
