Salesperson Portal

Adds a "Salesperson Portal" card on the portal home (/my) that opens a sales dashboard at /my/sales. The dashboard shows, for the current user, KPIs and tabs for their Orders and Invoices, reusing the existing portal order/invoice records and linking back to the standard /my/orders, /my/invoices detail pages.
