Salon Commission & Tip Engine Purpose-built for hair and beauty salons that pay their chair. Generic booking apps stop at the appointment. This engine turns every finished ticket into an exact, auditable payout: sliding-scale commission per service and per retail product, tips split across the provider, the assistant and the shampoo tech, a configurable tip-out to the house, back-bar product usage that decrements colour, developer and foils from real Odoo stock, and a weekly payout run per stylist that posts the commission expense and the tip liability to accounting, with automatic clawback when a ticket is refunded.

Highlights Commission schemes with sliding-scale revenue bands, separate tiers for service work and for retail product sales. Ticket capture: services, retail lines and back-bar consumption on one check. Tip capture split provider / assistant / shampoo tech, tip-out to house off the top, unfilled roles automatically re-allocated to the provider. Back-bar usage decrements storable products (colour tubes, developer, foils) from stock via a real inventory move on every finished ticket. Per-ticket commission ledger; refunds create clawback entries. Weekly payout run: aggregates the ledger per stylist, nets clawbacks, and posts a balanced journal entry (commission expense, tip clearing, house tip income, stylist payable).
