SAUDI VAT INVOICE
This app will generate two types of E-invoice PDF reports with TLV Encoded QR Code: 1. VAT Invoice 2. Simplified VAT Invoice
Company Form
Go to Settings, then select the Users and Companies menu and configure the VAT number in the company form.
User Form
Next, go to the Users form and configure the Timezone.
Configure QR Code
Go to Accounting, then Configuration, then Settings, and then the QR Code section. It contains 2
options:
a. Manually generate
b. Generate QR code when invoice is validated/posted
Choose an option and click save button
Generate QR Code Manually
If you select Manually Generate, click the QR Code button in the invoice after confirming it to generate the QR Code. Otherwise, it will be generated automatically upon confirming the invoice.
View Generated QR
You can view the generated QR Code in the Invoice under the QR Code section.
Print Report
By clicking on the print button, you can opt to print the VAT invoice and the simplified VAT invoice to generate a report.

To print the VAT invoice report, click on the VAT Invoice button.
