Terms and Conditions VanGo Van Sale Distribution App

1. Ownership and Source Code
   The mobile source code is proprietary and not included in any purchase or subscription.
   All intellectual property rights remain with the developer.
   Reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale of the app or its components is strictly prohibited.


2. Subscription and Pricing
   VanGo is offered via a monthly subscription model with flexible pricing:
   $15 per fleet/user/device per month for up to 10 users
   $10 per fleet/user/device per month when you have more than 10 users
   
   Promotional Offer: The first 5 months of usage are completely free for all devices no charges will apply during this period.
   A "fleet" is defined as one active mobile user assigned for route sales and inventory tracking.
   Billing begins automatically after the free 5-month period unless the subscription is canceled in advance.


3. Customization Services
   Customizations for both Odoo backend and mobile app are available upon request.
   Custom work is billed at $10 per hour.
   A formal agreement outlining the scope, cost, and timeline is required before starting any customization.


4. Support and Maintenance
   Free support is included for the duration of an active subscription.
   Support includes:
   • Bug fixes
   • App usage assistance
   • Minor configuration help
   If the subscription is canceled or expired, support will no longer be provided unless a separate support agreement is made.


5. Licensing and Usage Terms
   Each subscription is licensed per fleet/user for internal business use only.
   Redistribution, resale, or use across multiple clients or companies is not permitted.
   License checks may be performed periodically to ensure compliance.


6. Refund Policy
   Due to the digital and license-based nature of the product, all sales are final.
   Refunds are only considered if a critical, unresolvable technical issue prevents the app from functioning as described.


7. Data Privacy and Responsibility
   All data (including customer, sales, and inventory data) is stored locally or on your own Odoo server.
   We do not access or store your data externally.
   You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your business data.
