No configuration required — install the module and open Activity Dashboard from the menu.
How It Works
From opening the dashboard to completing activities and reviewing performance.
Go to Activity Dashboard → Dashboard. Review KPI cards, charts and the paginated activity table. Click any KPI card or chart segment to filter the table instantly.
Use model chips (Sales, CRM, Invoice…), activity type chips (Call, Email, To-Do…) and the search box to narrow results. Toggle between My Activities and Team Activities if you are a manager.
Mark activities done with a note and outcome, optionally schedule a follow-up on the same document. Snooze deadlines, edit rows or select multiple activities for bulk actions. Use + New Activity to pick a document and open the schedule wizard.
Switch tabs to view a kanban board by user or model, browse completed activity history with notes, or open built-in reporting with on-time rate, completion metrics and top overdue activities.
Switch tabs reporting to view on-time completion %, average completion days, activities-by-type chart and top overdue list.
Switch tabs history to view completed activities with notes, outcome dots and date-range filter.
New Activity from template to quickly create activities.
