Key Features
This module allows recording of user activity within Odoo, focusing on screen interactions such as clicks, inputs, and navigation. It is designed to support auditing, debugging, and training by providing a clear playback of user sessions.
- Record user sessions directly within Odoo.
- Capture interactions such as clicks, inputs, and navigation.
- Start/stop recording from the top menu or with the shortcut Shift + R.
- Store and manage recordings in a dedicated menu.
- Replay recordings with a built-in player for debugging or training.
- Administrators can configure a maximum duration for each recording session.
How to Use
To start recording, users have two options:
- Option 1: Click the Record Session button available on the Odoo top menu.
- Option 2: Press the keyboard shortcut Shift + R to toggle recording on/off instantly.
After stopping the recording, the session will be saved and can be accessed from the Recordings menu for playback or management.
