Enable IP Restriction

Navigate to Settings → Users, select a user, and open the IP Access Control tab. Toggle the switch to enable restriction. The IP whitelist table appears automatically.

Add Allowed IP Addresses

Add one or more IP addresses to the whitelist. Use the Note column to label each IP (e.g., Office, Home, VPN). Only these IPs will be allowed to access the system for this user.

Unauthorized Access is Blocked

When a user tries to log in from an IP address that is not in their whitelist, they see a clear warning message showing their current IP. The login is prevented entirely — credentials are never even checked.
