Inventory Daily stock
Daily Stock in Odoo refers to the regular monitoring and management of product quantities available in the warehouse on a daily basis. It helps businesses keep track of how much of each item is in stock, what is coming in, and what is going out, on any given day.

Accessing the Daily Stock Menu from Operations
Go to Inventory > Operations > Daily stock.
Updating Counted Quantity in Daily Stock
To update the counted quantity of items in stock:
- Go to Inventory > Operations > Daily Stock.
- Click on the "Daily Stock" menu to view current stock records.
- In the Counted Quantity column, enter the physical quantity counted for each product.
- The Difference will automatically calculate based on the On Hand Quantity vs the Counted Quantity.
- Review discrepancies—positive values indicate excess stock; negative values indicate shortages.
Viewing Transaction History of Stock Items
To check the history of stock movements:
- Go to Inventory > Operations > Daily Stock.
- Find the product in the list.
- Click the “History” link on the right.
- View all past transactions of that item.
