Show product stock directly on POS product cards. See on-hand or forecasted availability at a glance with optional out-of-stock protection.

Stock on Product Cards
Display on-hand or forecasted stock directly on each product card in your POS interface. Cashiers see availability instantly without opening product details.
Low Stock Highlighting
Automatically highlight products when stock falls below your configured threshold. A red badge appears to alert staff about low inventory levels.
Out-of-Stock Protection
Optional setting to block adding out-of-stock items to orders. Frontend and backend validation prevent overselling and ensure accurate inventory.
Prevent Overselling
Stop selling products that aren't available in your warehouse.
The Problem
Cashiers in busy POS environments often don't know if a product is in stock. They add items to orders only to discover later that the product is unavailable, leading to customer disappointment and inventory discrepancies.
Our Solution
Stock quantities are displayed directly on product cards. When enabled, the system blocks adding out-of-stock items with a clear warning notification and backend validation, ensuring cashiers always know what's available.
Easy Configuration
Enable Stock Display
Go to Point of Sale â Configuration â your POS. Enable Show Stock on Product Cards to display stock on each product card.
Stock Type & Threshold
Choose On Hand (current warehouse stock) or Forecasted (after incoming). Set Low Stock Threshold; products at or below this value get a red badge.
Block Out-of-Stock (Optional)
Enable Block Out-of-Stock Sales to prevent adding products when stock is at or below the low stock threshold. Validated on frontend and backend.
