Employee Active/Inactive Mass Update

Employee Status Management Workflow
Select Employees from the List View
Navigate to the Employees module and open the list view. Use the checkboxes to select the specific employees you wish to update. This allows you to perform bulk actions on multiple records at once, significantly reducing the manual workload for HR managers.
Action Integration: Once records are selected, the status update wizard is easily accessible through the standard Odoo Actions menu.
Configure Status and Confirm Update
After clicking the action, a user-friendly Active/Inactive Employee wizard will appear. Simply choose your desired actionâeither 'Active Employee' to restore records or 'Inactive Employee' to archive them. This centralized interface ensures that bulk status changes are handled accurately and without the need to navigate through individual forms.
Bulk Execution: Clicking the Update button will immediately apply the selected status to all chosen employees and refresh your view to reflect the changes instantly.
