Setup Your Custom Invoice Tags
Easily manage your document categories. Navigate to the Invoicing module and go to Configuration -> Management -> Invoice Tags to define and color-code your custom tags.

Update Mass Invoice Tags
Assign Mass Tagging Permissions
Control who can perform bulk operations. Navigate to Settings -> Users & Companies -> Users and select a user to manage their access rights. Under the Other section, you will find the Invoice Mass Tags checkbox. Enabling this permission allows the user to access the wizard for adding, removing, or replacing tags on multiple records at once.
Data Security: Restricting mass tagging to specific authorized users prevents accidental bulk changes and maintains the integrity of your accounting data.
Launch Mass Tagging Action
Updating multiple documents is now effortless. From the Invoices List View, simply select the records you wish to modify. Then, click on the Actions menu and select Add/Remove Tags. The removal process is precise and instant. As shown in the dashboard, the 'Sales' tag has been successfully removed from the selected invoices while all other tags remain intact. Bulk Replace Tags Operation
