Send Email Without Partner
This module enables users to send emails in Odoo without the need to create or link partner records. It is designed for quick communication with external contacts and ad-hoc recipients, streamlining email workflows by eliminating unnecessary partner creation while maintaining full integration with Odooâs mailing system.
Navigate to Settings > Search Emails > Enable âUse Custom Email Servers.â
After enabling it, click on Outgoing Email Servers.
Set up the outgoing mail server and check the test connection.
Navigate to Sales > Quotations > Select any quotation.
Click on the Send button.
Add email IDs directly or import an XLSX file to send emails without creating a partner.
Write the email ID manually and then click on the Send button.
The mail is sent to the partner and also to the email ID added manually.
The mail is received by other recipients.
Click on the icon to import the XLSX file.
Select the XLSX file for importing.
After importing the XLSX file, the email IDs are auto-filled in other recipients, and then click on the Send button.
The mail is sent to the partner and other recipients.
