Manage multiple Session simultaneously
It allows you to set and manage multiple sessions to verify physical quantity of products when there are multiple Warehouses and Multiple locations where a single user performing a complete task becomes too time consuming and practically impossible.
Analysis over accuracy of work done by employee
Allows to analyze the performance throughput of employees and take necessary decisions by comparing the physical quantity counted by them and the one in the system.
Approve/Reject based on discrepancy generated
Allows manager to analyze and take action to either approve or reject the quantity counted by User based on real time analysis and discrepancies.
Inventory Count Report
This report allows you to track and analyze over the difference in quantity between the theoretical quantity in system and the counted quantity for the products belonging to which Warehouse at Which location.
Adjustment Report
This report allows you to track and identify that for which products of which Warehouse at which location

The counted quantity is more than the one in system and what adjustment of quantity was done aiding to solve overstock Nightmare.

User Statistic Report
This report allows you to analyze which user performed how many tasks and what percentage of calculative mistakes were done by the user and thus analyze over performance of the user.

You can analyze and gather all information about current status of each Inventory Count session displaying all details about time, date, users assigned, manager assigned, total number of products with Warehouse Location under calculation, number of products scanned and number of products remaining to count and all such details in most user friendly manner.

Question about handling duplicate product counts in the same location
Hi, we're very interested in your module! I just have one question before moving forward.
In our warehouse setup in Odoo, we only use one location to keep things simple for our users, even though the physical warehouse is quite large. Here's the issue we're trying to solve:
During a stock counting session, User A might count Product X in one area of the warehouse, and User B might find the same Product X in another area a few meters away. Since both are counting in the same location (logically), we’d like both lines to be created independently, and the quantities to be summed automatically in the final inventory adjustment.
Does your module support this kind of behavior, allowing multiple users to count the same product in the same location during the same session and summing the quantities?

Regarding your question, please note that when different users are assigned separate sessions, each can create inventory lines independently. The quantities counted in these separate sessions are automatically summed during the final inventory adjustment validation.
However, within the same session, multiple users using separate logins cannot count the same product. For the same product to be counted by different users, they must work in different sessions. The system will then consolidate the quantities during the validation step of the Inventory Count and Adjustment.

compatibility with barcode app
is your system compatible with barcode app? in case i have diferent barcodes for packages of same item it will recognise them in barcode app?

Thank you for contacting Setu Consulting Services. Regarding your query, our system is fully compatible with product-level barcodes. However, barcode recognition at the packaging level—where different barcodes are assigned to packages of the same item—is currently not supported in the standard version of our app.
However, we would be happy to explore the possibility of developing this feature based on feasibility and your specific requirements.
