Access Inventory Receipts
Navigate to Inventory → Receipts to view all incoming shipments.
Create and Validate a Receipt
Create a new receipt, add the necessary products, and click Validate to process it.
Check Product Stock After Validation
Verify that the on-hand quantity of the product has been correctly updated after validating the receipt.
Cancel a Validated Receipt
A Cancel button will automatically appear once the receipt reaches the Done state.
Reset to Draft & Reverse Quantities
Upon cancellation, a Reset to Draft button becomes available, allowing you to edit the receipt. The received quantities are automatically reset.
Automatic Inventory Reversion
The system instantly reverts the product's on-hand quantity back to its original state, ensuring accurate stock levels without manual adjustments.
