HOW IT WORKS
ð Step 1: Create Cheque Record
Add cheque details including number, partner, amount, date, and upload cheque image.
ð§ Step 2: Automated Reminders
System automatically sends email reminders:
⢠Customer Cheques: On due date or when overdue
⢠Vendor Cheques: 2 days and 1 day before due date
ð¦ Step 3: Mark as Deposited
Update cheque status to "Deposited" when deposited at the bank.
â Step 4: Update Final Status
Mark cheque as "Cleared" when funds received, or "Bounced" if payment fails.
ð Step 5: Generate Reports
Create comprehensive reports with filters for analysis and decision-making.
