Set Expected Arrival Date on Purchase Order
Create a PO and configure the 'Expected Arrival' date. The reminders trigger automatically based on this date.
Internal Reminder Email to Purchase Manager
A professional email notification sent to the Purchase Manager before the delivery is due.
Overdue Follow-up Email to Vendor
An automated daily reminder sent to the vendor if the expected date passes and the products aren't received.
Go To: Settings â Technical â Scheduled Actions
The system automatically uses a Cron Job that runs daily to process all PO reminders efficiently.
