Sale Order Multi Level Approval
This module introduces a flexible multi-level approval workflow for Sale Orders in Odoo.
Businesses often require managerial approval before confirming large sales orders or orders with specific business conditions. This module allows administrators to define approval rules based on the order amount and assign multiple approvers for each approval level.
Key Features
- Configure approval rules from Sales → Configuration → Sale Order Approval
- Define Minimum and Maximum Order Amount for approval rules
- Assign multiple users for First Level and Second Level approvals
- When any user in the approval level approves, the workflow proceeds to the next level
- Automatically store assigned approvers in the Sale Order for transparency
- Prevent confirmation of Sale Orders until approval is completed
- Dedicated Approval Details tab inside Sale Order

Workflow
- Create a Sale Quotation.
- Click Submit for Approval.
- First Level Approver approves the order.
- Second Level Approver approves the order.
- The Sale Order gets confirmed automatically.
Configuration
Go to:
Sales → Configuration → Sale Order Approval
Create approval rules and configure:
- Minimum Amount
- Maximum Amount
- First Level Approvers
- Second Level Approvers
