Sale Order Recurring
You can make a recurring order for your regular customers using this module. For example, a consumer could set up an order to have particular goods in every three months. you can make recurring orders using this module would let this purchase happen automatically on a regular schedule. The salesperson can give access rights to the customer that he/she can approve recurring orders by signature and other information and after approving recurring orders go to the running stage. You can also make recurring orders manually from recurring orders. You can set the scheduled time. You can communicate using chatter with each other.

If you check "Sale Recurring Online Signature" then customers can approve their recurring orders by signature.

Click on the "Recurring Orders".
If you need to update the order status for multiple recurring orders at once.
Select the sale recurring order for which you wish to update.
You can see the 'To Renew' or 'In process' or 'Expired' options.
To renew a sale recurring order, first, you need to select the sale recurring orders from the list. Then, click on the "Action" button and choose the "To Renew" stage option.
Here, you can see the stage is changed to "To Renew".
Go to the Automation tab under Sales Recurring Orders and enable the Auto Sales Order Confirmation setting.
A new sales order will be created automatically based on the configured interval. It will be visible under the smart button, and the history will also be added to the chatter.
Clicking on the smart button will open the sales order list view with the sales order status.
The customer will also receive an email notification for the sales order created from the recurring order.
Open the sales order, and the system will automatically create a delivery order when the sales order is confirmed. It will be visible under the smart button on the sales order.
Clicking on the Delivery smart button will open the delivery order.
Go to the Automation tab under Sales Recurring Orders and enable the Auto Invoice Creation setting.
By enabling this option, the history will be added to the chatter.
A new sales order will be created automatically based on the configured interval. It will be visible under the smart button, and the history will also be added to the chatter.
The delivery order created from the sales order is not validated and remains in the waiting stage.
If the delivered quantity is zero (0), the system will skip invoice creation and add the history to the chatter.
Go to the Automation tab under Sales Recurring Orders and enable the Force delivery and invoice settings.
The system will automatically create a sales order and invoice, which will be visible under the smart buttons on the recurring form.
Clicking the Sales Order smart button will open the automatically created confirmed sales order along with its delivery order and invoice, all of which are accessible via the smart buttons on the sales order form.
The delivery order will be automatically validated.
The invoice will be automatically created in draft stage.
Go to the Automation tab under Sales Recurring Orders and enable the 'Recurring Based on Delivery Quantity,' select the delivery check type, and enable 'Notify on Delivery Pending Skip' under the Delivery-based Renew section.
If the quotation is not confirmed, a notification will be shown for skipped records during the creation of a new recurring order.
If the delivery is not fully completed, a notification will be shown for skipped records.
The system will also send email notifications for the skipped records.
If the delivery is not partially delivered, a notification will be shown for skipped records.
