This module depends on Sign, Documents, and HR Contracts — all of which are part of the Odoo Enterprise edition. It will not install on Odoo Community.

One-Click Sending
Send any Sales Order, Purchase Order, Customer Invoice, or Employee Contract for signature directly from the document — no manual PDF export or template setup needed.
Native Sign Workflow
Adds a "Send via Signify" toggle to the standard Odoo Sign wizard. Drop signature fields into the document using Odoo's familiar drag-and-drop template editor.
Multiple Auth Methods
Authenticate signers via Email link, SMS One-Time Password, or Video Identification — configurable per request to match your compliance requirements.
Multi-Signer Support
Add multiple signers per document with individual authentication methods. Signify routes each invitation independently and tracks each signer's progress in real time.

Mass Action: Bulk Invoices

How It Works
- Configure once. Enter your Signify Client ID and Secret under Sign › Configuration › Signify.
- Open any supported document (Sales Order, Purchase Order, Invoice, Employee Contract).
- Click "Send for Signature" in the Sign wizard and enable the Send via Signify toggle.
- Choose authentication (Email / SMS OTP / Video ID) and place signature fields visually.
- Send. Signify takes over invitations, signer authentication, and audit-trail evidence.
- Get notified. Status syncs automatically; the signed PDF lands back on the source document and in Odoo Documents.
