Signup Advance | Signup As Company | Extra Signup Fields

Signup Advance module enhances the default Odoo signup process by introducing additional fields and company registration logic.

Key Features

  • Register as Company: - Checkbox to let users specify if they're registering as a business.
  • VAT / Tax ID for Companies: - VAT number becomes a required field when "Register as Company" is checked.
  • Extra Fields in Signup Form: - Includes Phone, Street, Street 2, City, ZIP, Country, and State.
  • Separate Individual and Company Signups: - Tailored experience for each user type.
  • Professional Form Design: - Clean UI aligned with Odoo’s native styling.

Installation

  1. Copy this module into your Odoo custom addons directory.
  2. Restart the Odoo server.
  3. Enable Developer Mode from General Settings.
  4. Update the Apps list and install Signup Advance.

Usage

  1. Go to the website signup page.
  2. Try signing up as an individual or company.
  3. See conditional logic for VAT and address fields in action.
