Set Up & Configurations
Download and install the User Access Management in Odoo module from the Odoo App Store.
Go to Settings >> Users >> Open a specific user
Under Technical, enable Access Management.
Work Flow
Go to Access Restriction Management from the dashboard.
Open Model Restriction, click New, and configure your restrictions.
Fill the needed details: Name, Group Name, Users(Auto-loaded or manually assigned)
Configure restrictions under:
Model Access Tab: Choose a model and check options like Readonly, Hide
Create/Edit/Delete/Duplicate.
Button/Tab Access Tab: Select model >> Hide Button or Hide Tab/Page.
Assigned users will now see the Odoo UI modified based on the applied access rules.
