The Alankit e-Invoicing Integration for Odoo module enables seamless compliance with India's GST e-Invoicing regulations by directly integrating Odoo with the Alankit e-Invoicing portal. It allows businesses to generate, validate, and submit GST-compliant e-invoices directly from Odoo, automatically obtaining the IRN, QR code, and e-invoice details without manual intervention. By eliminating duplicate data entry and reducing dependency on external portals, this module improves accuracy, ensures regulatory compliance, and significantly streamlines the invoicing workflow for businesses operating under India's GST framework.

Direct Alankit Portal Integration
Seamlessly connects Odoo with the Alankit e-Invoicing system to generate and submit GST-compliant e-invoices directly from Odoo.

Set Up & Configurations
Download and install the Alankit E-Invoice Integration from Odoo module from the Odoo App Store.
Navigate to the new Alankit Configuration app on your dashboard.
Go to "Alankit Instance" and create a new record.
Input the secure credentials provided by your Alankit portal account:
E-invoice URL
Username & Password
Subscription Key
E-invoice Public Key
Click the "E-invoice Authentication" button.
Ensure the instance status changes to "Verified."
Work Flow
A user creates and confirms a standard Sales Order in Odoo.
An invoice is generated and Confirm from the Sales Order.
The accountant verifies the invoice lines, GST tax grids, and enters the necessary transportation
details (Vehicle Number/Transporter ID) in the dedicated tab.
The user clicks the "Send E-invoice" button on the invoice form. The Alankit API Integration securely transmits the data to the government portal. The system receives the approved E-invoice details, updates the Odoo record, and attaches the E-invoice PDF, it takes couple of seconds.
Credit notes follow the same workflow, with identical steps and validations as the standard invoicing process.
