EdenAI Invoice Parser
The Eden AI Invoice Parser for Odoo is an automation module that integrates Odoo with Eden AI to automatically extract key data from vendor invoices and bills, including vendor details, invoice number, dates, line items, taxes, and totals, directly from PDF or image files. By converting unstructured invoice documents into structured Odoo records, the app eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and speeds up the bill creation process, while still allowing users to review and validate the extracted information before confirmation, making it an efficient and reliable solution for high-volume invoice processing.

Set Up
Install EdenAI Invoice Parser app from the Odoo App Store.
Go to Accounting Module >> Configuration >> Settings,
and under the "General Settings" option you
will
find "EdenAI" subsection.
Here you have to provide API Key provided by EdenAI, Invoice Parsing
provider
Amazon and enable Create Partner While EdenAI Invoice Parsing as per your requirement.
Work Flow
Go to Accounting >> Customer >> Invoices, and click on new.
Here, you can attach an invoice as shown
in
the example below, and as soon as you press the "EdenAI Parsing" button, you will see that invoice
details are auto populated inside Odoo.
As you can see below, the details are autopopulated. if you want to check more information you can go to the "Other Info" tab and scroll down and you will be able to see more information such as EdanAI logs and there will be two more options.
In the Other Info tab you will be able to see Response from EdanAI.
Inside the Scheduled Actions Menu, you will be able to see this custom Scheduler that we have created to Parse such Invoices.
Here under the same "Other Info" tab, you will see one more option called "Auto Parsing?" if you check it, with the help of Scheduler at a specific time you will automatically Parse them.
you will also see a new module on your dashboard called common logs, here you will see all of the logs
from EdenAI related tasks.

sequence.
