EdenAI Resume Parser
The Eden AI Resume Parser for Odoo streamlines recruitment by automatically extracting structured candidate data from resumes directly within Odoo. By leveraging Eden AI's advanced document parsing capabilities, the module accurately reads resumes in multiple formats (PDF, DOC, DOCX) and converts unstructured content into organized fields such as candidate name, contact details, skills, education, and work experience. Set Up
Install EdenAI Resume Parser app from the Odoo App Store.
Go to Employees Module >> Configuration >> Settings, and under the "General Settings" option you will
find "EdenAI" subsection.
Here you have to provide API Key provided by EdenAI, Resume Parsing
provider
Affinda and enable Create Partner While EdenAI Resume Parsing as per your requirement.
Work Flow
Go to Recruitment >> Resume Parsing menu and click on it.
A popup window will appear, as shown
below.
Now, select the job position, attach the CV/Resume, and press the Submit button.
As you can see below, the details are auto populated.
if you want to check more information you can
go
to the "Other Info" tab and scroll down and you will be able to see more information such as EdanAI logs
and there will be two more options.
In the Other Info tab you will be able to see Response from EdanAI.
Inside the Scheduled Actions Menu, you will be able to see this custom Scheduler that we have created to Parse such resumes.
Here under the same "Other Info" tab, you will see one more option called "Auto Parsing?" if you check it, with the help of Scheduler at a specific time you will automatically Parse them.
you will also see a new module on your dashboard called common logs, here you will see all of the logs
from EdenAI-related tasks.
You will see here all the common logs of EdenAI-related tasks in proper
sequence.
