Odoo Email CC and BCC
The Email CC BCC & Reply To Option module enhances Odoo's email functionality by introducing the ability to add CC (Carbon Copy), BCC (Blind Carbon Copy), and Reply-To fields in the email composer. This allows users to send emails to multiple recipients simultaneously, ensuring better communication and record-keeping.

Set default CC, BCC addresses in the general settings, which automatically populate in the email composer.
Set Up
Install the Odoo Email CC and BCC app from the Odoo App Store.
Work Flow
To Set Default CC, BCC, and Reply-To Addresses
Go to, Settings > Users & Companies > Companies.
Select the company for which you want to set
the CC, BCC,
and Reply-To addresses.

You can see the Predefined Cc Recipients, Predefined Bcc Recipients, and Reply-To Address fields under
the General Information tab. Enter the appropriate values in these fields and save the changes.
Open any sale order that is in the Quotation state. You will see the Send by Email button, click on it.
An email pop-up will appear. In this pop-up, you can see the CC, BCC, and Reply-To fields populated with the default values that were set in the company form. If you want to change that value, then you can.
Now, press the send button. The email will be sent to the primary recipient, with copies sent to CC recipients and blind copies to BCC recipients. Replies will be directed to the address specified in the Reply-To field.
