Print Sequence Controller
Print Report Menu Resequence is a lightweight yet practical Odoo module that allows administrators to control the display order of print reports within the Print menu across Odoo forms. By enabling easy resequencing of report actions, this module helps maintain a clean, logical, and business-relevant order for printed documents such as invoices, delivery slips, quotations, or custom reports. It improves usability for end users by reducing confusion, speeding up document selection, and ensuring that the most frequently used or critical reports appear in the desired priority order without requiring complex technical customization.

Set Up & Configurations
Download and install the Print Sequence Controller module from the Odoo App Store.
Work Flow
Go to Settings > Technical, scroll down to the Actions section > Report Re-Sequence and click on it.
Now, click the 'New' button to change the report sequence for the selected model. You will see the form view below.
We will change the sequence for the Purchase Order print action. By default, the print action menus for Purchase Orders are Purchase Order and Request for Quotation. Now we will change the report sequence like Request for Quotation and Purchase order Using this from.
For that, we are selecting the Purchase Order model. When you select the model, it's report actions are automatically added under the Report section. After that, you can change the order of the reports as needed using drag and drop for example, Request for Quotation and Purchase Order.
Now, you can see that the sequence of print reports in the Purchase Order form view has been updated according to your changes. Same as you can change the report action label.
