Set Up & Configurations
Install the Tenant & Rental Management for Properties app from the Odoo App Store
Navigate to: Settings >> Users & Companies >> Users
Open the specific user record, locate the Property field, and tick the checkbox to enable
Property Rental Management.
Now your app is ready to use.
Work Flow
Go to the Property app, open the Properties menu, and you can create property records there.
In the Properties menu, there is another submenu called Units.
Go to that menu to create units for the properties.
Go to the Contracts menu to sell the created property units or rent them for different durations such as
hourly, daily, monthly, or yearly.
You can also manage and attach the required customer documents within the contract whenever needed.
You can also maintain and manage invoice records from here.
In the Maintenance menu, you can record any minor or major maintenance for property units. All maintenance records are properly maintained and linked with the related invoices.
In the Reports menu, you can manage different types of reports such as:
Occupancy & Rent Report
Expiring Contract Report
Maintenance Report per Unit
In the Configuration menu, the first submenu is Unit Types. Here, you can create different types of units such as Flat, Home, Office, Vehicle, etc.
In the Configuration menu, there are two more submenus: Contract Documents and Document Types.
In the Contract Documents menu, you can view and manage documents related to any specific contract.
In the Document Types menu, you can create different types of documents such as NOC and other required
document categories.
