The Warehouse Out for Odoo module is designed to streamline and control outbound warehouse operations by providing a structured and efficient process for managing goods dispatch. This app enables users to handle outgoing stock movements with greater accuracy by tracking products, quantities, destination locations, and dispatch status in a centralized workflow. Set Up
InstallWarehouse Out for Odoo app from the Odoo App Store.
Work Flow
Create an excel file as shown below with correct product barcodes. Make sure that the File which you
want to import for Warehouse In contains barcodes in the format Alphabet/Number.
You can add same barcodes multiple times. You do not need to worry about total quantities, as this app
will generate the total for same barcodes automatically.>
Create Excel File >> Enter Barcodes
You might wonder how could the Warehouse In records be created from an excel file. But, we have made
that possible!
Now, open Inventory App, on the menus at the top you would find Warehouse In. Click on that.
Apps >> Inventory >> Warehouse In
Well, if you are stuck, here is a small guide on filling the form.
For the Operation Type field, select an appropriate operation type for warehouse and then you just need
to upload the excel file with the list of barcodes. Do not forget to click on Warehouse In button at the
end.
This app will automatically create records for the selected operation/warehouse(WH/OUT).
You can
also
update/verify details about product quantity and operation type.
