signup is subject to internal approval before access is granted.

Set Up

Work Flow
User Signup Process:
- A portal user visits your sign up website and fills in name, email, and password.
- After submitting, they see a message indicating their request is under review.
Admin Approval Panel:
- The internal user sees the request under User Approvals.
- Options available: Approve or Reject.
Post-Approval Email:
- Upon approval, the user receives an email with a login link.
- They can now log in and access the platform.
If the user attempts to log in website without approval, they are shown an access denied to a website message.
