Turn the Maintenance app into a lightweight IT asset register: QR-code labels, a public scan page, full specification fields, automatic movement history, and SharePoint spec sync.

QR Labels & Public Scan Page

Print a QR label for every asset, stick it on the device, and scan it from any phone to see the details — no login required.

Choose label layout

Print in one click. Select equipment in the list, hit Print QR-code, and choose a sheet layout — 2×5, 2×7 or 4×7 labels per page.

Public scan page on mobile

Scan from any phone. The QR opens a clean public page — name, asset number, category, model, masked serial and location — with a Login to Access Backend button for staff.

2x5 label

2×5 — detailed. Name, model, serial and asset ID beside the QR.

2x7 label

2×7 — standard. Asset ID, serial and warranty with the QR.

4x7 label

4×7 — compact. QR-first mini label with asset ID and serial, sized to fit small tags.

Each equipment carries its full identity, location, and technical spec — all tracked automatically.
