- Go to Settings → Users & Companies → Users
- Select a user and go to Preferences tab
- Set Chatter Position to: Auto, Sided, or Bottom

- Open any form with chatter (Sales Order, Invoice, etc.)
- Hover over a message - pin button appears in top-right corner
- Click to pin - message moves to top with blue highlight
- Click again to unpin - message returns to original position
