POS Hide Buttons
Simple Configuration
Enable or disable button visibility per POS configuration. No technical knowledge required.
Five Buttons Covered
Hide the Quotation/Order, Internal Note, Customer Note, Refund and Table Guests buttons.
Per POS Configuration
Different POS configurations can show or hide a different set of buttons.
How To Use
Go to Point of Sale > Configuration > Point of Sale. Edit your POS configuration. Enable or disable any of the button visibility options as needed. Start a POS session: the buttons will be hidden or visible according to your configuration.
Hide Multiple Buttons
Customize the POS interface to match your team's workflow.Hide Quotation/Order Button
Removes the Quotation/Order action for cashiers who should not create sale quotations from the POS.
Hide Internal / Customer Note
Removes the Internal Note and Customer Note buttons independently, for a simpler order screen.
Hide Refund / Table Guests
Restrict access to the Refund button and, for restaurant configurations, the Table Guests button.
Simplify The Selling Screen
Ideal for businesses that want a leaner POS interface or want to restrict certain actions per role.Cashiers keep using the standard POS flow: add products, pay the order, then print the receipt. Only the configured buttons are removed from the Actions menu and order screen, so training and daily use stay simple.
Settings And POS Preview
Configure the toggles once, then verify the buttons disappear from the POS screen.
Each button has its own toggle in Point of Sale > Configuration > Settings, under the PoS Interface section.
The regular POS selling screen, unaffected by the configured toggles.
The Actions dialog reflects the configuration: Refund and other configured buttons are removed.
