The SmartHotel Suite is available as a dedicated Odoo module (hotel_management_system). Install it directly from the Apps store to unlock the full hotel management experience — room reservations, food ordering, vehicle management, reporting, and more — all within your existing Odoo environment.

Guests can make new reservations directly through the elegant web portal. The multi-step form collects guest information (name and email), preferred check-in and check-out dates, and guides the guest through room selection — all with a best-rate guarantee, free cancellation, and instant confirmation.

After selecting dates, guests proceed to choose their room from available options. The reservation summary panel displays the selected room and rate, stay duration, applicable taxes and fees (12%), and the total amount due — before confirming the booking securely online.
