Smart Work Handover
Automatically reassign real Odoo records, not just manual handover forms.
Smart Work Handover scans and transfers ownership of CRM leads, sales orders, project tasks, activities, customers, and other assigned records when an employee resigns, goes on leave, or needs temporary replacement. Every move is previewed, audited, reversible, and protected by role-based security.
Why It Matters
Manual handover creates hidden risk: open opportunities stay with unavailable employees, customers lose follow-up, and managers have no reliable audit trail.
What It Does
The module scans active work, applies transfer rules, moves ownership of actual business records to the target employee, and records old and new owners for every change.
Who Controls It
Managers can create and execute handovers. Administrators can rollback. Regular users can view dashboards and audit logs without changing protected data.
Handover Dashboard
A clear dashboard gives teams visibility into completed, pending, failed, and rolled-back handovers before they open detailed records.
Guided Wizard Flow

Audit Logs You Can Trust
Every transferred record is logged with its model, record name, previous owner, new owner, state, and rollback status.
Admin Rollback
