Smile Module Auto Update
This module helps you automatically upgrade modules changed since the last server restart.
Features:
- Automatically detects and upgrades modified modules.
- Integrates with the smile_upgrade module for pre-load and post-load scripts.
- Eliminates the need to manually manage the `modules_to_upgrade` list.

Usage
Follow these steps to use the Smile Module Auto Update:
- Install the module in your Odoo instance.
- Modify the source code of one or more modules in your addons path.
- Restart your Odoo server. The Smile Module Auto Update will automatically detect the modified modules and upgrade them.
- Check the logs to confirm the successful execution of the module upgrade process.
