Initially, the record has only a single follower.
When you click the Send Message button in the chatter, a popup opens where existing followers are automatically added as recipients. You can easily add or remove recipients, write a custom message, and even include emojis.
After clicking the Send button, the message appears in the chatter and the selected recipients are automatically added as followers.
HTML tags are fully supported, allowing you to format messages as needed.
In the sent message, only the selected recipient receives the message/email, and the (Oscar Morgan) is highlighted in bold.
