SprintIT Apix eInvoice Connector

Send and receive Odoo invoices directly to customer and from Suppliers with APIX!

Module adds full e-invoicing features to Odoo, using APIX as e-invoicing operator. The module allows sending sales invoices and receiving supplier invoices fully in electronical format.

The module contains the following main functionalitites:

  • Processing invoices to e-invoice XML format.
  • Sending invoices through APIX interface. Note that the invoice can be delivered in e-invoice if the receiver supports it, but the invoice will be delivered in paper format or via e-mail if the receiver does not support e-invoices. So you nee only one sending channel for all invoice recipients.
  • Receiving invoices fully automatically. For paper invoices APIX can provide full scanning/OCR service, so that also for inbound invoices you need only single channel, if you do not want to process paper invoices manually.
  • Processing inbound XML invoices to supplier invoices.
  • Batch processing: Sending can be done in backgroud processing, so even sending thousands of invoices in single UI operation is possible. Receiving invoices is fully automatic using Odoo cron.

Please notice that APIX operates in Finland, Sweden and Norway, and via operator partners in Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. So full e-invoicing functionality is available only in these countries. Still, as APIX supports also sending invoices in paper, and receiving invoices through scanning service, other geographics can be supported using traditional paper invoicing as part of the process.

We recently implemented the Apix eInvoice Connector for Odoo (v18.0) from SprintIT, and we are satisfied. This module provides robust functionality for sending and receiving invoices electronically via APIX, and it delivers real value in everyday usage.
