Stock inventory dashboard for FSN, ABC and turnover insights

Inventory Insights Dashboard is a scalable inventory analytics application that turns inventory and movement data into clear, actionable intelligence through a set of focused dashboards. The app centers on three complementary analyses — FSN (Fast / Slow / Non-moving), ABC (A / B / C classification), and Inventory Turnover analysis — each presented as an intuitive dashboard that supports fast exploration and decision making. The user interface is designed for operations, procurement and finance teams that need to move from raw transactions to prioritized actions without digging through spreadsheets.

Each dashboard is built around a global date filter and contextual selectors so users can view data by a custom time window and narrow their view by category, warehouse, or product. The FSN dashboard helps identify products that move quickly versus those that sit in stock, with summary tiles, a category breakdown bar chart, a Top 10 products table, and a movement-over-time trend chart. The ABC dashboard ranks products into A, B, and C classes based on chosen business logic (sold units or consumption value) and offers category and top-product views so teams can concentrate on the items that matter most. The Inventory Turnover dashboard provides category-, warehouse- and product-level turnover views along with product tables that show opening/closing/average stock, sales and purchases, helping you spot where stock is converting to sales — or not.

Inventory Insights Dashboard is built for real environments: it supports pagination for large catalogs. It integrates with ERP or inventory systems via standard data feeds and is optimized to display high-level summaries while enabling deep dives to SKU-level detail. The UI includes consistent color legends, hover tooltips, and auto-refresh behavior so metrics, charts, and tables stay synchronized when filters change.

The app is designed to deliver measurable outcomes: faster replenishment cycles, reduced holding costs, prioritized procurement for high-impact SKUs, and clearer, actionable reports for finance and operations. Whether you’re trying to reduce non-moving stock, prioritize A-class products, or benchmark warehouse turnover, Inventory Insights provides the dashboards and controls you need to act quickly and with confidence.

FSN Analysis Dashboard

The FSN Analysis dashboard helps businesses track product movement by categorizing items as Fast Moving, Slow Moving, or Non-Moving. It supports two perspectives: analysis based on the average stay of products in inventory and analysis based on their consumption rate.

Dashboard Menu

At the top of the dashboard, users can select a start date and end date to filter the data for a specific time period. Along with the date filter, users can choose between analyzing inventory based on average stay or consumption rate. The dashboard is designed to refresh automatically whenever a new date range or option is selected, so users always see the latest results without needing to click an extra refresh button. This ensures smooth and real-time exploration of inventory patterns.

Just below the filters, the dashboard displays summary tiles showing the total number of products along with their FSN classification. These tiles provide a quick overview of how many products are fast moving, slow moving, and non-moving. This high-level summary allows managers to immediately understand the overall inventory status before diving into detailed charts and tables.

This section shows a bar chart breaking down Fast, Slow, and Non-Moving products across categories. On the right-hand side, there is a Category Selection option. If the user chooses a single category, the chart will update to show the FSN status only for that category, making it easier to evaluate its performance in detail. When “All Categories” is selected, the chart provides a complete overview across every category. This feature allows both high-level and focused analysis depending on the user’s requirement.

This section provides a table listing the top 10 products along with their FSN classification. Each product in the table is clearly marked as fast, slow, or non-moving, giving users a straightforward view of individual product performance. This helps managers and sales teams quickly identify which SKUs need restocking and which ones might require clearance or promotional activity to reduce excess inventory.

At the bottom of the dashboard, the FSN Movement Over Time chart shows how product movement trends have evolved during the selected period. It uses cumulative lines or areas to represent the count of fast, slow, and non-moving products over time. This trend view provides an overall picture of whether inventory health is improving, with more fast movers and fewer non-movers, or whether problems are increasing due to growing volumes of slow and non-moving stock.

Inventory Turnover Analysis Dashboard

The Turnover Analysis dashboard measures how efficiently inventory is moving by showing turnover values at category, warehouse, and product levels. It helps businesses understand stock utilization and identify slow-moving areas in the supply chain.

At the top of the dashboard, users can select a start date and end date to analyze inventory turnover within a chosen period. Once a new date range is applied, the dashboard automatically refreshes, updating all charts and tables with relevant data. This makes it easy to perform period-based analysis, such as comparing monthly, quarterly, or yearly turnover.

This section shows a bar chart that breaks down turnover ratios by product categories. The chart highlights which categories have higher turnover (efficiently selling stock) and which have lower turnover (holding stock for longer). A category selector on the right-hand side allows users to narrow down the analysis to a single category for focused insights, while selecting “All Categories” provides an overall picture across the business.

The warehouse-level analysis displays turnover ratios by warehouse location. This helps businesses identify whether specific warehouses are handling stock more efficiently than others. A selector on the right allows filtering by a single warehouse to analyze performance in detail.

At the bottom, a detailed product-level table lists turnover values for individual items. For each product, users can see opening stock, closing stock, average stock, sales, purchases, and turnover ratio. A product selector on the right makes it possible to filter the table to one product or view all products together. This level of detail is useful for pinpointing specific items that are overstocked, understocked, or moving at an optimal rate.

ABC Analysis Dashboard

The ABC Analysis dashboard categorizes products into A, B, and C classifications based on either sold units or consumption value. This method helps prioritize inventory management by highlighting the most valuable products (A), moderately important products (B), and less critical products (C).

At the top of the dashboard, users can select a start date and end date to filter the ABC analysis for a specific period. In addition, there is an option to analyze data by either Sold Units or Consumption Value, allowing flexibility in how products are classified. Whenever filters are changed, the dashboard automatically refreshes so that results are always up to date.

Just below the filters, summary tiles display the total number of products and their classification into A, B, and C categories. These tiles provide a quick snapshot: A represents high-value or high-volume products that require close monitoring, B represents medium-priority products, and C includes lower-value items that can be managed with less focus.

This section presents a bar chart showing how A, B, and C classifications are distributed across product categories. Users can also narrow the analysis by selecting a specific category from the dropdown on the right. Selecting “All Categories” provides a complete overview. This helps identify whether certain categories are dominated by A-class products (requiring more attention) or mostly C-class products (lower impact).

The Top 10 Products section lists individual products along with their ABC classification. Each product row is clearly marked in either A, B, or C, giving a straightforward view of which products are driving value and which are less impactful. This helps decision-makers focus on high-priority products (A-class) for replenishment and strategic planning, while also tracking C-class items for stock optimization.

At the bottom, the trend chart shows how A, B, and C product counts evolve over time. By displaying cumulative growth in each classification, the chart makes it easy to track whether the proportion of A-class products is rising or declining relative to B and C. This long-term view provides insights into shifts in product importance and inventory behavior.
