Shippo Shipping Integration for Odoo Delivery Operations
Shippo Shipping Integration is a native Odoo delivery carrier connector that links your sales and warehouse workflow with Shippo APIs. The module centralizes Shippo credentials, live rate retrieval, shipment creation, label generation, and refund handling inside Odoo so logistics teams no longer need to switch between systems for routine shipping tasks.
Configure the Shippo delivery method with test and live tokens, label format, and API endpoints on the Shippo Configuration tab. Enable Is Shippo on the sales order, enter parcel dimensions, and click Create Shipment to call the Shippo Create Shipment API and retrieve available carrier rates.
On quotations and sales orders, use the standard Add Shipping workflow to select Shippo Shipping and click Get rate to fetch live carrier rates. Compare returned services, select the preferred rate, and apply the shipping cost as a delivery line on the order.
After order confirmation, validate the delivery order with Shippo as the carrier to generate the shipping label automatically. Tracking numbers, transaction details, and label PDFs are stored on the delivery order. Shipping managers can submit refund requests for generated labels directly from Odoo.

Quotation with Create Shipment

The selected Shippo rate is added as a delivery line on the sales order with the shipping cost applied.
Validate Delivery and Generate Label
Click Validate to confirm the delivery order and automatically generate the shipping label through the Shippo API.
Shippo Shipment Details on Delivery Order
Displays the shipment details, tracking information, rate object ID, and transaction ID returned by Shippo. When the Validate button is clicked, the Shippo label PDF is generated.
Shippo Portal Shipment
View the created shipment in the Shippo portal with carrier service, tracking number, and shipping rate.
Generated Shipping Label
View the generated carrier shipping label with tracking number, sender and recipient addresses, and service details.
Refund Shipment on Delivery Order
Click Refund Shipment to submit a refund request for the generated Shippo shipping label. The tracking reference is synced on the delivery order.
Shipment Tracking
Track the shipment status online using the tracking number generated through Shippo.
Shippo Refund Details on Delivery Order
The Shippo Information tab and chatter show the submitted refund ID and refund confirmation from Shippo.
